Terms
Covered is a service for tour companies. These terms are between your company and Ravid Efroni, Vienna, Austria, who runs Covered.
The pilot
The first 30 days are free. No payment details are taken. At the end we ask whether you want to continue. Nothing is charged unless you say yes.
Price
€99 a month per company plus VAT, billed monthly, cancel any time with effect from the end of the month. WhatsApp message costs are included.
What Covered does and does not do
- Covered sends offers and tour details to the guides you add, and reads their answers. A guide is only booked on a clear yes, a booking you make yourself, or a rule you switched on (such as "no answer counts as yes").
- You stay responsible for your tours, your guides and your contracts with them. Check the board; Covered is a tool, not a guarantee that a guide shows up.
- You confirm that your guides agreed to get tour messages on WhatsApp from Covered on your behalf.
Your data
Your data stays yours. See the privacy notice. When you leave, you get an export on request and we delete the rest within 30 days.
Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months. Austrian law applies; court of jurisdiction is Vienna.
